1. What is Scorm University
Scorm University is a custom content provider of SCORM compliant LMS (Learning Management System) content. We help create interactive training experiences for clients who have static learning documents (think Word or Powerpoint documents). We also consult clients on best practices for training material and programs.
2. What is SCORM?
SCORM is a file type that can import into any LMS (Learning Management System). It is a ZIP content file including all of the information needed to make the learning work within your LMS system. Think of SCORM as a JPEG file for a photo.
3. How do we help clients?
We can help clients develop full training programs. It doesn’t matter if you have a complete training program built and then need pointers on how to make it better, or if you have nothing and need to create it from scratch. We are here to help in any way that we can.
4. How much is required from a client?
This question has a variable answer. You can be as hands-on, or hands-off as you’d like. We can take care of the whole process or ask for your input every step of the way. This typically varies from client to client.

6. What is the typical timeframe?
This depends on the type of project that is completed. Certain projects can take two weeks while others can take two months. We can outline exactly how long this will take during the quotation process.
7. What industries do you work with?
We work in every industry from technology to manufacturing. To date- we have never had an industry that we can’t work with!
8. What is the process?
After you receive a quote you’ll work directly with our creative services team. During this process, we will either outline what you’re looking for from the training documents you have provided, or we will discuss how we will start creating information from scratch for you.
9. Can you use my current training documents?
If you have current training documents we can absolutely use these to get a jump start on the process! We take what you’ve already done and then customize it into an online learning experience.
10. What happens if I need updates to my content?
During your first 30 days after the content is created all updates to the content are always free. After that, you can either subscribe to a package which will allow updates on a monthly basis or pay al a cart.
